BIBINGKA. A cake-like snack or even a dessert to some that is served with muscovado and shredded coconut or niyog. It normally has cheese inside and sometimes also mixed with itlog na maalat. It is best served with hot brewed coffee. Some adults love to eat this especially in the afternoon. |
