Varieties of Chicharon

Chicharon is a deep-fried crispy pork belly often served with vinegar and chili. After a few years, some people made up a new variety of chicharon. Some are made from fish skins, chicken intestines, chicken liver and a lot more. This is a favorite finger-snack of Filipinos and also best when drinking beer.
