LATIK. For some people here in Manila, Latik for them is the sweet sauce that you put in with the suman. But for us Bicolanos, Latik is a complete dish of a suman that is green in color and at the same time with the sweet sauce with it. It is also a favorite snack or merienda in Bicol and also a pasalubong of some. 

The very popular SUMAN SA IBOS of different places here in the Philippines. But... people outside Bicol would normally call it only SUMAN. In Bicol, we call it, IBOS. A malagkit rice mixed with coconut cream and is wrapped with young coconut leaves and steamed for couple of hours and served with santan, sugar or muscovado.
